The Millennium Falcon Ice Cream Sandwich is now available in Central Florida grocery stores. We spotted the treats at a Publix in Orlando. These adorable mini ships are vanilla flavored and made with light ice cream. You get six, individually wrapped sandwiches per box.
The treats are distributed by Nestlé Dreyers Ice Cream Company. You may know that Disney serves Nestlé’s subsidiary branded ice cream on both coasts. The Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor in Disneyland serves Dreyer’s. The Plaza Ice Cream Parlor in Magic Kingdom serves the Edy’s brand.
The price for a box was $7.99 at Publix. Price and availability may vary by location. The employee we spoke to said they were new arrivals and wasn’t sure how long they would be stocking the product. We suggest you snag some before they make the jump to hyperspace.
Disney fans might also be happy to know that Mickey bars, which debuted last year, are still available at Publix as well. Price was $7.99 for a six count box. We’ve also heard rumors of a Mickey Ice Cream Sandwich being released regionally soon, but haven’t seen it in Orlando yet.
