FOOD QUEST: Where Can You Get Quick Service Breakfast in Epcot?

FOOD QUEST: Where Can You Get Quick Service Breakfast in Epcot?

So you’re at the park early and need a quick-service breakfast? We’ve got you covered. Here are a few places around Epcot where you can grab a coffee, a pastry, or maybe even a breakfast platter to fuel you up for your tour around the World Showcase.

The Traveler’s Cafe, Showcase Plaza

“Epcot

The Traveler’s Cafe is Epcot’s Starbucks location. This coffee hut has all of the chain’s usual coffee and tea offerings, along with a changing variety of pastries. A breakfast sandwich menu is available all day, while supplies last. No dedicated seating available, though there are a few ledges in front that guests use for seating. Note: Word is that this location is temporary due to Epcot’s refurbishment and redesign, with a permanent Starbucks location to be announced later.

Sunshine Seasons, the Land pavilion

“Epcot

Breakfast is served until 11:00 a.m. at this cafeteria style eatery. Morning offerings include a french toast plate, egg-white souffle, croissant breakfast sandwich, and a breakfast platter with eggs, potatoes, french toast, and choice of bacon or sausage. A kid’s platter is also offered. The pastry case has muffins, danishes, cinnamon rolls and more. Plenty of indoor seating is available. If you’ve got young kids and need a place for everyone to sit and eat, this is your best quick-service option in Epcot.

Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie, France pavilion

“Epcot

Even though the World Showcase doesn’t technically open until 11:00 a.m., this bakery in the France pavilion opens at 9:00 a.m. The menu offers a wide variety of pastries, sweets, sandwiches, salads, and specialty items like quiche, soups, and fresh baguette. There are so many great options. We love a classic Croissant, a Roulé Lard et Fromage (bacon cheese roll shown above), or quiche for a savory breakfast. For sweets a pastry like the Pain au Chocolat or Brioche Chocolat is a good bet. Maybe get a few different things and share. You can’t go wrong. Limited indoor and outdoor seating is available.

Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe, Norway pavilion

“Epcot

Like Les Halles mentioned above, this little bakery cafe in the Norway pavilion opens at 9:00 a.m. before the rest of the World Showcase opens. While they don’t have a breakfast menu or typical breakfast fare, their menu features a variety of Norwegian treats like Kringla (a pretzel shaped pastry topped with either cinnamon, almonds, or chocolate), Lefse (rolled flat bread filled with cinnamon, sugar, and butter), School Bread (a roll flavored with cardamom, topped with toasted coconut, and filled with sweet vanilla custard), and more. They also offer a couple of sandwiches like a Salmon and Egg Bagel and a Norwegian Club. Limited outdoor seating available.

Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company

“Epcot

There are five Joffrey’s locations around Epcot: outside the park entrance, Future World West (near the soon to be opened Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind), Showcase Plaza near Disney Traders, between the Canada and U.K. pavilions, and between the American Adventure and Italy pavilion. These coffee stands offer coffee, tea, and assorted donuts and pastries all day. No seating available.
