The holidays always bring a variety of seasonal treats to Disney parks. We recently got to try the Chocolate Chestnut Pinecone at Disney’s Hollywood Studios (available at the Trolley Car Cafe and at the Backlot express for $6.99), and it was both gorgeous and delicious. Almost too lovely to eat, it features a pinecone made of chocolate and chestnut puree, dusted with powdered sugar snow, sitting on what seems like a cereal cookie base. The pinecone was rich and luscious, like a velvety chocolate mousse. The cereal base was almost an afterthought, but a nice contrast in texture. Definitely worth a try.
